-I recently was married. My wedding was catered by Hats Off To Dining catering. They did a wonderful job. My husband is very picky and he could not get enough of the food, we took some food on the honeymoon with us. The service was performed very professional. The layout was gorgeous and the food was excellent. I wanted something simple but elegant. The staff created elegant finger sandwiches that were to die for. This is just one's rib critic but I tried about 8-10 ribs on display at the
Festival in Lakeland and I must say was not too impressed by any of them.
They tasted good but for a competition, I was expected to be blown away. I
was leaving and a few pig bucks left and came across your honey glazed.
Finally I was blown away. That's the way a rib is supposed to be
like. Just mad at myself for going to the right when I came in and not the
left. Yummy. If I were a judge, you would have gotten my vote.

Thank you all for coming. I hope you had a nice time. It looks like we pulled it off and it was a total surprise to Steve. I know he thoroughly enjoyed the food, thanks to Anthony and Robert. Everyone was raving about how excellent the crab cakes were. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to come and for making this a special celebration for Steve. This is something special that he will always remember.
