Foccaccia Bread Sandwiches with Pesto - This delicious bread is topped with cheese and tomatoes. A savory basil, pine nut pesto is merged with mounds of quality ham or turkey slices on a petite but filling sandwich that will delight your guests. $6.00/serving

Yakitori – Boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets are marinated in Sake based mixture and grilled and alternated on a skewer with fresh spring onions. You’ll love the flavor that is infused in the already tender chicken. The grill is the perfect way to prepare this delicious chicken. $5.00/serving

Goat Cheese and Apple Tarts – Thin slices of apples are lined carefully on a puff pastry with seasoned goat cheese. Just a splash of fresh lemon finishes this light appetizer. $3.00/serving

Cheese and Spinach Roulade Bruschetta – Delicate Baby Spinach is topped with a smooth cheese mixture. Before it’s rolled we add a layer of pimento. Slices of this delectable combination are placed on toasted French Bread rounds. $4.00/serving

Mushrooms En Croute – Lightly buttered fresh bread is grilled until toasted and topped with tender mushrooms, sautéed onions, garlic and seasonings. A light layer of freshly grated Parmesan cheese seals this Savory combination to the toast. $4.00/serving

Caramelized Peppers Bruschetta – We sauté multi – colored bell peppers with onions until they’re caramelized and placed them on toasted French Bread rounds. It’s simple but delicious. $3.00/serving

Tomato Basil Bruschetta – A fresh tomato, basil blend is placed on toasted Italian Bread. $2.00/serving

Shaved Beef with Sautéed Onions – Perfectly seasoned beef is slow cooked will onions and placed on toasted Italian Bread. $5.00/serving

Baby Tomato Skewers with Bocconcini – This little appetizer is not only delicious but also pretty. We simply skewer Grape Tomatoes, Basil Leaves and Bocconcini (Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls). We Drizzle with an olive oil blend. This is a classic dish. $3.00/serving

Butterfly Shrimp – I love these. It’s hard to stop eating them. The Jumbo Shrimp are butter flied and battered before quickly fried in Canola Oil. $5.00/serving

Bread Sticks – Tender dough is stretched and twisted and then baked. We quickly add Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese. These warm treats are addictive. $2.00/serving

Baby Back Honey Glazed Ribs – Just like our Spare Ribs, this petite version is also seasoned to perfection, slow cooked and then grilled. By applying Honey Barbeque Sauce as we grill them a glaze forms. This results in a less messy rib perfect for a more upscale affair. But you will need a napkin or two. $4.00/serving

Buffalo Catfish - We take strips of fresh Farm Raised Catfish and season them before applying a light batter. We don’t fry; we bake them then drizzle our Spicy Buffalo Sauce for that extra kick. So tender, so good. $4.00/serving

Cajun Crab Cakes - Tender delicious crab is combined with the best fresh herbs and breadcrumbs. We add a bit of spice for that extra Cajun kick. $6.00/serving
