About Scott Maxwell has been a long time Vegan and has worked with Hats Off To Dining. As a sister company of Hats Off To Dining he can now run Simmrz as an all Vegan catering and food company. Long time Vegetarian and Vegan who has been cooking for at least 15 years; he has established himself as very creative in the kitchen using ingredients from India to Italy.
