You'll love this light crispy appetizer. At our recent tasting everyone loved it. Hearty strips of Farm Raised Catfish are sprinkled with our special blend of seasonings and we add our flaky batter but we don’t fry them. They’re baked until they’re golden brown and crunchy. The contrast of the tender flaky fish with the tasty crunchy batter is enhanced even more with our spicy Buffalo Sauce.

Tender delicious crab is combined with the best fresh herbs and bread crumbs.
New England Clam Chowder –
Our hearty Clam Chowder is stocked full of delicious clams and potatoes with just the right seasoning.
Seafood Gumbo -
If you haven't had gumbo in New Orleans, you haven't had gumbo. We made it a point to try various versions in each of the many New Orleans restaurants we dined at. We bring that authentic flavor to your event. Our Gumbo is stock full of your favorite seafood, shrimp, scallops, crab meat and our choice of meaty white fish. You can’t have authentic New Orleans flavor with adding Andouille Sausage and Okra. Served over rice Basmati Rice.

Scallops with Artichoke in an Olive oil Garden Sauce with Wheat Pasta -
